These Terms of Use apply to all downloadable digital items sold through angelique-f.com.
By purchasing, downloading, accessing, or using any file from this website, you agree to these terms.
- License
Unless otherwise stated on a specific product page, your purchase gives you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the downloadable files for:
A. Personal use.
B. Commercial use. This license applies to the final end product you create using the files, subject to the restrictions below. - Restrictions
You are not allowed to:
Resell or redistribute the raw SVG, PNG, or PDF files.
Claim copyright or authorship of the design.
Upload the files to free or print-on-demand marketplaces as your own listing.
Include the files in any online or offline archive or database.
You may not share, give away, or sublicense the original digital files in any form. - Ownership
All designs, files, images, graphics, text, and other content sold on angelique-f.com remain the property of angelique-f.com or its respective rights holder.
Your purchase does not transfer ownership of the design to you. You are buying a license to use the file, not the copyright. - Refund Policy
Because downloadable digital products are delivered instantly, all sales are final.
No refunds will be issued for downloadable items once the order has been completed. - File Use
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the files complies with any applicable laws, platform rules, and production requirements.
You may modify the files for your own use only, unless a product page says otherwise. - Enforcement
If you violate these terms, your license may be terminated immediately without notice.
angelique-f.com reserves the right to take appropriate action for unauthorized use, copying, redistribution, or misrepresentation of ownership. - Contact
